A little about me

Hey there, my name is Ken. Let me tell you about myself. I have been training in Taekwondo since the age of 6, and I hold an ITF 2nd degree black belt as well as a WT 1st degree black belt. This kickstarted my journey of mindset and accountability, since the core tenets of taekwondo are perseverance, self-control, integrity, courage, and indomitable spirit. I saw firsthand the success that dedication and personal accountability could bring. So, on my quest to conquer my weaknesses and solidify my strengths, I joined the military. Those seven years were tough, but the resilience I had developed throughout my life remained and pushed me to succeed.

I received the Naval Operations sword as the top student of my graduating class at the Royal Military College of Canada. I achieved my Bridge Watchkeeping Certificate at the age of 23, granting me the responsibility of leading over 200 sailors into domestic and foreign waters while navigating a billion-dollar warship. I was the Dive Officer, charged with the lives of highly-trained military divers willing to follow me into the depths. None of this was easy, but I was resilient, and - I held myself and others accountable.

This is what I offer to you. Whether you need a battle buddy to fight with you, a leader to push you over the hump, a mentor to give you a toolkit for success, or just a friend to accompany you to your lowest point and back, I am here. You will expect nothing but the best from me, and in return, I expect greatness from you.
